<p>PURPOSE:To bond adherends with a high bond strength, by vulcanizing a rubbery polymer mainly composed of butyl rubber at a low temp. by using a specified org. peroxide and a specified vulcanization aid. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive (A) obtd. by laminating a sheet (sheet A) of a rubbery polymer mainly composed of butyl rubber cont. an org. peroxide onto a sheet (sheet B) of a rubbery polymer mainly composed of butyl rubber contg. a vulcanization aid selected from quinone dioximes, maleimides, polyfunctional aryl compd. and org. metal salts having a redox action, an adhesion (B) obtd. by applying a soln. of a vulcanization aid selection from the quinone dioximes, the maleimides, the polyfunctional aryl compd. and the org. metal salts having a redox action to the sheet A or spraying said soln. on the sheet A, or an adhesive (C) obtd. by applying a soln. of the org. peroxide to the sheet B or spraying said soln. on the sheet B, is used. The adhesive is sandwiched between adherends and the laminate is pressed, whereby the adherends can be firmly bonded to each other by vulcanization at a low temp.</p> |
