PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to facilitate the assembling by arranging a pair of conductive plates on the inner periphery of a bracket, and connecting a noise preventive element with the plates. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the first conductive plates 7 having brushes 6 slidably contacted with the commutator of a rotor are arranged on the inner periphery of a bracket for blocking the axial end of a cylindrical casing. The second conduc// tive plate 9 is arranged between the plates 7. A connector 11 for connecting a capacitive noise preventive element 10 is provided on the plate 7, and a connector 13 for connecting an inductive noise preventive element between the plates 7 and 9 is provided between the plates 7 and 9. |
