摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency and operating efficiency, by partitioning the interior of an outer tube having a bottom into an upper pyrolysis chamber an intermediate pyrolysis chamber and a lower pyrolysis chamber, each chamber having a specified structure. CONSTITUTION:In an upper pyrolysis chamber X, waste rubber introduced thereinto is heated through a partition panel P1 from the bottom, stirred by means of a rotating blade A and allowed to drop. In an intermediate pyrolysis chamber Y connected to said upper chamber and positioned under said upper chamber, tens of pyrolysis tubes C1...C4 provided with fins to ensure good heat absorption is externally heated. While the dropping rate of the waste rubber is limited by agitating tubes C', C'' vertically moving through said pyrolysis tubes, it is dispersed by agitating action so that it can be well heated. In a conical lower pyrolysis chamber Z connected to the intermediate chamber, the waste rubber is thoroughly stirred by an agitating blade D, an agitating rod SO, a shaft S2 and a vertically moving weight W so that it can be well heated. Accordingly, good pyrolysis can be conducted and at the same time, temperature distribution in a dry distillation column can be made uniform.</p>
