The invention relates to a method for the thermal insulation of the wall 11 of a building. This method is characterised in that the studs of an external face of a panel 10 made of a thermally insulating material are applied against this wall, the panel having on its two faces raised studs 10a projecting by a same distance from the said face, the said panel resting by means of its base on a support 14 which is integral with the said wall and being separated by a passage, at its upper part, from an element projecting from this wall, in that a facing element 12 is applied against the studs of the other face of the said panel 10 and in that at least one opening acting as an air passage is made in the said facing element and in the said wall in the region of the lower part of the said panel. <IMAGE> |
