摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of speeding up both clamping and releasing operations and its full-automation, by making a carriage, supporting an impact wrench, into miniaturization and lightweightiness and shiftable so quickly, in case of an automatic clamping-releasing device for a molding flask of a concrete pile of the like. CONSTITUTION:In order to clamp or release a split plane flange part of a long molding flask consisting of a drag flask and a cope flask with a lot of bolts and nuts, a carriage 17, which guides and holds an impact wrench for screw clamping and releasing so as to drive it in a z-axis direction, is installed. Likewise, each of slide rails 24 and 24', which guides and holds this carriage 17 so as to make it shiftable in an x-axis direction is installed, and furthermore a frame 28, which guides and holds these rails 24 and 24' so as to make them movable in a y-axis direction, is installed. And, a y-axis driving pulse motor 37 is made so as to cause the whole lot of these rails 24 and 24' to be parallelly moved in the y-axis direction as being interlocked, and in addition, each of x-axis driving pulse motors 29 and 29' for driving the carriage 17 in the x-axis direction on these rails 24 and 24' is installed on the frame 28, thus weight is lightened.
