PURPOSE:To obtain the circuit board having capacitor function at the same time with sintering by a method wherein a capacitor layer sandwiched by wiring materials of W or Mo is provided on a ceramic insulation board; this capacitor layer is constructed by containing AZrO3, where A is an alkaline earth metal element, as the main constituent, and by mixing W or Mo particles coated with Si insulation layers at 0.01-5mol% in SiO2 conversion. CONSTITUTION:A W or Mo wiring conductor layer 2 of required shape is formed on the ceramic insulation board 1, and the capacitor layer 3 whose end abuts against the board 1 is provided thereon; then, a conductor layer 4 likewise contacting the board at an end and made of the same material as that of the layer 2 is adhered thereon. In this construction, the capacitor layer 3 is constructed by containing an insulation layer 6 made of AZrO3, where A is an alkaline earth metal element, as the main constituent, and by mixing the gathering of the W or Mo particles 5 coated with the Si insulation layers at 0.01- 5mol% in SiO2 conversion. Such a manner can provide the circuit board including a capacitor suitable for an electric circuit which needs high density mounting. |
