PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracies of bending position and bending angle and to reduce its preparing time by rapidly moving the positions of a stand and a small roll by operating a control device. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 4 provided to a stand 2 for moving the stand 2 and a stepping motor 7 for moving a small roll 12 are driven by operating a control device to adjust the bending of molding blank material 19 to a pass line. Next, the motor 7 is stopped after holding the driving shaft 10 of the lower roll 12 by a locking mechanism 17. The material 19 is pressed by a small nondriven roll 16 located at the upper side by actuating a hydraulic cylinder 8. Next, a driving shaft 14 is locked by a locking mechanism 18 of cylinder 8, and a driving switch of cylinder 8 is turned off, to surely fasten the rolls 12 and 16 to each other. The molding material 19 is cold roll-formed by the small nondriven roll 16 stand in this way. |
