PURPOSE:To display and confirm the integrated number of copies by the same magnetic card in plural copying machines by enabling the number of copies integrated in the magnetic card to be written in any copying machine. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic card 11 is provided with a fixed information storing part 12 recording numbers in respective sections and a writing part 13 for writing the integrated number of copies of copying machines. The sectional numbers are previously recorded in the storage part 12 and ''0'' is recorded in the writing part 13 as an itinial value. When the magnetic card 11 is inserted into a card reading part 23 of a magnetic card reader 21, the copying machine is made usable. Data in the writing part 13 of the magnetic card 11 are read out by a reading part 23, stored in a CNT2 of a data recording part 22 and displayed 22. After copying, the data in the CNT2 are written in the writing part 13. In case of copying by another copying machine, the number of copies in the writing part 13 is written in the CNT2 and then the same processing as said method is repeated. |
