PURPOSE:To record very simply a sub data and a main data such as an audio signal without improving the recording density of the main data by adding the sub data to the main data, for instance, an audio signal with such as a picture or a character. CONSTITUTION:Plural words of analog signals (main data) are used as one block, and when all words exist in areas D and E, 1 word is expressed in 13-bit as shown in (d) and a sub data component being a part of the sub data such as a picture or a character is recorded to the remaining 3-bit. When the words exist in areas C-F, one word is expressed in 14-bit, the sub data component is recorded in the remaining 2-bit as shown in (c), and when the words exist in areas B-G, one word is expressed in 15-bit as shown in (b), the sub data component is recorded to the remaining one bit, and further when the words exist, one word is expressed all in 16-bit. |
