MINIATURE ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PURPOSE:To eliminate a short circuit between patterns and to improve the reliability of an electronic device by putting each lead leg of the parts of an integration circuit on a wiring pattern on a flexible sheet via a conductive adhesive and then putting an insulated film over these lead legs with pressure. CONSTITUTION:A flexible sheet 7 containing an electronic circuit is stored into a case to form a miniature electronic device. A parts 10 of an integration circuit containing an array of plural lead legs 10a is added to the electronic circuit of the sheet 7. Each leg 10a of the parts 10 is set on a lead connection part 9a of a wiring pattern 9 coated on the sheet 7 via a sheet type adhesive 21 mixed with orientated fiber conductors 20. Then an insulated film 23 is put over all legs 10a of the circuit parts and the pressure is applied by means of a mold. Thus the adhesive 21 is excluded from the areas among legs 10a and patterns 9. This prevents a short circuit between the patterns 9 and therefore improves the reliability of the electronic device.
