<p>PURPOSE:To equalize the inductance between each channel and contrive to miniaturize by overlapping a rotor and a stator inserted with a coil in a recessed groove provided on one or both surfaces of a disk shape ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:Among disk shape ferrite cores 12-14, a recessed grooves 15- 18 are made on one surface of the cores 12 and 14, recessed grooves 16, 17 are made on both the surfaces of the core 13 and each groove is inserted with a coil 19-22 respectively. The cores 12-14 are provided around an axis 23 and a definite interval is kept between the cores 12 and 13 and between the cores 13 and 14. The cores 12, 14 are made a stator and the core 13 is made a rotor. Assume the coils 19 and 20 are made channel I and the coils 21 and 22 are made channel II, the inductance L of both the channels can be equalized. In this construction, the L can be equalized between each channel of a rotary transformer even if in multichannels and the equipment can be miniaturized in the direction of the diameter. If the shape of the disk core is made the same, standardization and mass production are also possible.</p> |
