<p>PURPOSE:To deal with a composite elongation by speeding up responsive speed of shape control by using mainly a roll bending device in shape controlling and correcting a noncorrected part beyond the capacity of the device with the aid of sectional rolls. CONSTITUTION:A material 9 is rolled by work rolls 6, 7, and a shape of material 9 at the delivery side is detected by a shape detector 23, to operate a shape parameter by an arithmetic device 24. The controlling quantity of a bending force is successively operated by an arithmetic device 25 and is compared with a set value outputted from a setting board 26, to output a bending force to be changed to a bending command device 27, thereby correcting roll-benders 21, 22. Next, a command value from an arithmetic device 29 is inputted to cylinders 15-19 to control sectional rolls 1-5. In this way, the shape control is effectively performed by minimizing the control quantity of delivery quantity of the sectional rolls 1-5 by utilizing the capacity of roll-benders 21, 22 to a maximumlimit.</p> |
