PURPOSE:To form a prescribed number of keyways with a simple operation and at a stroke by providing a taper punch which moves vertically by an outside pressure and a working claw which moves radially by engaging it with the taper of punch. CONSTITUTION:A work W is set on a jig main body 5, and a member 3 and a collet chuck 4 are lowered by supplying a hydraulic pressure to an oil chamber, to hold the work W from its outer circumference by a claw 8 for work clamping. Next, when the upper end surface 32 of a punch 6 is pressed by a hydraulic press ram, a pressing claw 9 is radially pushed out. Then a projecting part 38 provided to the outside of claw 9 intrudes into the tooth part of the inside of work W, to form a recessed part (keyway). The lower end surface 32 of punch 6 pressed downward, comes into contact with an adjusting stopper 7, and stops. After working the work W, the punch 6 is pushed upward by a pin 10 when the hydraulic ram is raised. |
