摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a seasoning for liquors capable of giving the same aroma and taste as those of refined SAKE, etc. to be used as a seasoning, by incorporating a perfume, pyrolignous acid, sodium glutamate, etc. and fermented malt, hop, etc. in the refined SAKE, etc. to provide the respective characteristics, and sealing the resultant mixture in a bag, etc. CONSTITUTION:A perfume, pyrolignous acid, a vitaminic agent, mineral, sodium glutamate, sodium lactate, essence, caramel, glucose and a bittern collected from fermented malt, hop or fruit juice similar thereto, a foaming agent, etc. are incorporated in a wine, whisky, refined SAKE or beer, etc. to provide the respective characteristics, and the resultant mixture is then sealed in an aluminum- coated polymer bag or container to give easy handling. Thus, general commercially available wine or refined SAKE, etc. are used as a seasoning in cooking in a restaurant or home, but the above-mentioned bagged product can be directly used or together with low-class distilled spirit to have almost the same aroma and taste as those of the refined SAKE, etc. in place of the above-mentioned general commercially available wine or refined SAKE, etc.
