PURPOSE:To obtain a boiling down material, contained in a filter bag, and capable of giving a nice soup stock having a high nutritive value, by drying foods for seasoning, mixing the resultant fine fragments, and sealing the resultant mixed fine fragments in the filter bag. CONSTITUTION:A dried food, e.g. a fish, seaweed, shellfish or mushroom, and an aromatic tree, e.g. a laurel tree, are crushed into fragments of size capable of identifying the materials thereof, and the fragments alone or several kinds are mixed, contained in a filter bag and sealed. The resultant bag is then placed in a transparent synthetic paper bag and sealed. In using the resultant boiling down material contained in the filter bag, the outer wrapping synthetic resin bag is broken first to take out the filter bag, which is directly put into water in a pan, and boiled to filter and percolate the soup dissolved from the material in the bag and dissolve in the hot water. Thus, the aimed soup stock for seasoning is obtained. After completing the boiling down, the filter bag is directly taken out of the pan. Therefore, the labor for scraping out residual residue as in the conventional material can be eliminated, and the residual residue remains wholly in the bag without mixing the fine fragments in the stock. The aimed clear and fine soup stock can be prepared. |
