PURPOSE:To save manpower and to improve productivity by parallelly arranging roll-forming machines of exclusive use by truing up the carried-in side end-edge of them laterally in one line and laying traversing guide rails on the carry-in and carry-out sides. CONSTITUTION:Respective roll-forming machines 2 for square-wave A, large- wave B, V-fold C, W-fold D and roof deck E, are parallelly arranged by truing up the carried-in side end-edges of them in laterally one line. At the carry-in side of the machines 2, guide rails 3 for traversing are laid on the floor perpendicularly to the flow operation direction, and an uncoiler 5, an automatic bonder 6 of heat-insulating material and an automatic standard-length cutter 7 are continuously feedably in series on a bed 4 mounted freely traversably on the rails 3. Further, at the carry-out side, a roll conveyor 8 is connected to the cutter 7 in series to align it with a V-fold forming machine C. Furthermore, at the carry-out side of machines 2, the traversing rails 3 are laid, and a moving-type roof piler 9 is mounted freely traversably in series on the rail 3 through foot wheels provided to its foot base 10, to carry out products piled up by falling them on a carrier 11. |
