DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING STEEL BAR IN AUTOMATIC WELDING

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which supplies safely and exactly horizontal bars with less man-hours in shorter time in welding and manufacturing of a grid- shaped steel bar structure by disposing the horizontal bars contained in a cassette on the vertical bars arranged by combination of various cylinder mechanisms and cross feed guide mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal bar 11A in a horizontal bar-contg. cassette 10 placed by a suitable method to a carriage traveling on the vertical bars disposed at prescribed intervals is placed on an inclined rail 15 by a lifting cylinder 13 which is lowered while the bar B right above the bar A is kept held by a holding cylinder 14. The bar A rolling on the rail 15 is once stopped by a hook 14 and is dropped and disposed when the hook is opened by a cylinder 14 upon arrival of a chute guide 18 at a prescribed position. The bars 11 are collectively transported by the cassette 10. The disposition thereof is automatically mechanized and the disposing operation is progressed with less man-hours in shorter time and is thus safe and exact.
