PURPOSE:To secure flexibility and prevent the formation of a bubble, and observe a cryogenic phenomenon directly by loading a fiber scope in a sheath of double structure and insulating it thermally, and providing prescribed bellows and a heater. CONSTITUTION:The fiber scope body 1 is loaded in sheaths 7 and 8 of double structure and a super-adiabatic layer 9 is provided between the sheaths 7 and 8. Disks 10 and 11 made of transparent sapphire are jointed to the front side of an objective 4, and a desiccating agent is charged. Bellows 12, 13, and 14 are provided to the entrance and tip of the sheaths 7 and 8, and the heater 15 is further provided. Thus, the main body 1 is insulated thermally the flexibility is securely by the bellows 12-14, and the formation of a bubble is prevented by the heater 15. Therefore, various cryogenic phenomena are observed directly. |
