The invention proposes an insole having a blood flow-promoting effect, possessing protuberances in the form of copper rivet heads on the side facing the foot. On the side facing the shoe the insole is provided with a layer of finely ground filter material of activated carbon which completely absorbs foot sweat without any odour.
