PURPOSE:To prepare an excellent drink having unique taste and flavor and balanced nutrients, by treating fish meat with a proteinase, etc., and mixing the product with soya milk, etc. CONSTITUTION:Fish meat is treated with a proteinase (e.g. acrosin) and/or a microorganism capable digesting proteins (e.g. mold belonging to Aspergillus genus). The product or an aqueous solution or dispersion obtained by dissolving or dispersing the product uniformly in an aqueous medium is mixed with one or more drinks selected from soya milk, milk, fruit juice, and vegetable juice. An excellent drink having unique taste, flavor and balanced nutrients can be prepared by this process. |
