PURPOSE:A glucoamylase composition having extremely improved state of solution in dissolution, keeping a clear state for a long time, obtained by blending glucoamylase with sugaralcohol or an amino acid. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. glucoamylase is blended with 1-100pts.wt., preferably 5-50pts.wt. one or more selected from a group consisting of sugaralcohol such as sorbitol, mannitol, etc. and an amino acid such as glutamate, arpartate, etc.
