PURPOSE:To enable the uniform cooling of a fish refrigeration tank, by placing a blasting pipe having a number of nozzles at the bottom of a fish refrigeration tank to store fish bodies together with water and ice, and connecting the blasting pipe through a vaporizer in the fish refrigeration tank with a liquid refrigerant source. CONSTITUTION:The blasting pipe 3 having a number of nozzles 2 is placed at the bottom of the fish refrigeration tank 1 to store fish bodies together with water and ice, and the blasting pipe is connected with a liquid refrigerant source 5 through the vaporizer 4 in the fish refrigeration tank 1. The heat of evaporation generated by the evaporation of the liquid refrigerant such as liquid nitrogen supplied from the liquid refrigerant source 5 and evaporated by the vaporizer 4 in the fish refrigeration tank 1 can be effectively utilized for the cooling of the content of the tank 1. Furthermore, the fish and water in the tank 1 are agitated and mixed together by the vaporized cold refrigerant blasted through the nozzles 2 of the blasting pipe 3 at the bottom of the tank 1, and accordingly, the content of the tank can be cooled uniformly in high efficiency, the abnormal local cooling of the part near the vaporizer 4 can be prevented, and the vaporization of the liquid refrigerant can be accelerated.
