PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in durability and reliability of the titled burner, by forming a combustion board piling up wire nets and providing a coated layer made of a specific organic silicon polymer on the surface of the wire net of a gas supply side part. CONSTITUTION:As for the titled burner, a combustion board 1 is formed by piling up wire nets 1' and a coated layer 5 made of organic silicon polymer is formed especially on the surface of the wire net of a gas supply side part out of the wire nets 1'. Simultaneously with a matter that gas mixed with air by an air suction port 2 and a mixing pipe 3 is arrived at the inside of the combustion board 1 and injected through the meshes of the wire net 1', the burner is ignited and heated at red heat by raising a surface temperature to 800-900 deg.C and strong infrared rays are irradiated. As the coated layer 5 made of an organic polymer on the surface of the wire net of a gas supply side part controlling durability and reliability of the wire net burner is provided like this, the burner is protected from a causative substance of unusual corrosion and the corrosion is prevented completely. With this construction, durability of the wire net is improved and the quality and reliability of the titled device can be improved. |
