PURPOSE:To execute a transmitting regulation which deteriorates no service property as much as possible by monitoring a congesting state of a call from the use efficiency of a processor, and controlling a ratio of the transmitting regulation in accordance with the congesting state. CONSTITUTION:The use efficiency (PRSRATIO) of a processor is read out, compared successively with use efficiency levels (PRSLVL0, PRSLVL1,..., PRSLVLn) of the processor, which have been set in advance, an in case when the processor use efficiency of that time shows a larger value than the use efficiency level of the processor, a transmitting regulation is executed by setting the transmitting regulation levels (RESTLVL0, RESTLVL1, and RESTLVLn) corresponding to its processor use efficiency level. In this way, by a variation of a congesting state of a call, namely, the use efficiency of the processor, the transmitting regulation can be controlled stepwise. |
