PURPOSE:To improve the workability and sealing performance by applying specific amount of ultraviolet hardening paint onto the surface of gasket then irradiating ultraviolet ray to form a film. CONSTITUTION:Silicon system or epoxy system ultraviolet ray hardening paint 2 is applied onto the surface 1a of gasket 1. Then ultraviolet ray is irradiated to dry through radical reaction thus to form an ultraviolet ray hardening film. Consequently, paint can be hardened in short time to facilitate formation of thick film without producing foam resulting in considerable improvement of coating workability and sealing performance. |
