PURPOSE:To cool a material to be cooled effectively by providing a blower by which the temperature of vaporized gas released from a releasing part is supplied to the installation part of a body to be cooled. CONSTITUTION:A release pipe 13 through which vaporized gas is released after cooling the cooling water 4 at a cooling vessel 11 is connected with a heat exchanger 14 provided to the neighborhood of an installation part 3. A blower 15 is provided so that the peripheral air cooled by the heat exchanger 14 is blown to an engine 7. All the part of the engine 7 can be cooled quickly and effectively by blowing the cooled air to the outer shell of said engine 7 by the blower 15.
