ZEOLITE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a flexible film which is effective for dampproofing difficult to break by using an organic resin as a binder to form a composite body together with zeolite powder. CONSTITUTION:Zeolite powder of <=10mum grain size and urethane are blended in (4:1)-(3:1) by weight ratio and the mixture is dissolved in a solvent, thereafter it is subjected to film formation and is heated at 160 deg.C to blow off the solvent. Next, the film is subjected to vacuum drying at the temperature of 200 deg.C to degas and activate the zeolite.
