TIGHTENING MANAGEMENT OF VALVE GROUND PACKING

摘要

PURPOSE:To assure face pressure and to improve the maintenancability by employing positional management of screwing length for the management of tightening face pressure of valve ground packing. CONSTITUTION:The face pressure necessary for sealing the inner pressure is managed through positional management of screwing length of threaded cap 70. Consequently, conventional fastening error due to the fastening error of torque wrench or the frictional resistance at the threaded section is not required to be considered thus to facilitate the fastening work. While leakage from the ground packing fastening section can be prevented and maintenance efficiency in radioactive ray management zone can be improved.
