PURPOSE:To permit to control the conduction of heating body of a main body by detecting the existance of a human body by the change of impeadance of a signal line arranged on the main body of the heater. CONSTITUTION:When there is no man on the main body 1 of an electric carpert or the like, the transistor 28 of a control circuit 26 is put OFF to intercept the conduction of a relay coil 30 and a relay contact is opened to intercept the conduction of a heating wire 2, however, when there is man, the transistor 28 is put ON, the relay contact is opened and the heating wire 2 is conducted. The signal wire 3 receives the affection of the capacity of a human body sensitively and the impeadance thereof is changed, therefore, the conduction of the heating body 2 is stopped automatically when the man on the main body 1 leaves and useless electric power consumption may be eliminated while the existence of man on the main body 1 may be detected surely. |
