PURPOSE:To enable to remove tar, by peeling off an inorganic film coated on the inner wall of a vaporizer, by coating an inorganic film, having a specific coefficient of linear expansion to the coefficient of linear expansion of a vaporizer, on the inner wall of a vaporizer, by heating the film by the heat of a vaporizer, and by suddenly cooling it with water. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic film 16 is coated on the inner wall of a vaporizer 6. The inorganic film 16 contains alumina and/or silica as the main ingredient, with an inorganic compound having the coefficient of linear expansion 10-100 times to the coefficient of linear expansion of a vaporizer 6, such as colloidal silica, alumina sol, sodium silicate, potassium silicate, lithium silicate, phosphoric acid, and alkaline metal such as phosphate as a binder, for example. The film 16 of this constitution can be peeled off when it is heated up to 300 deg.C rapidly and is suddenly soaked in water. When this procedure is performed, tar deposit on the wall of a vaporizer can easily be removed without fail. By this method, tar can completely be removed from the vaporizer with the inorganic film, as a result, the titled combustion apparatus can be used in good condition for a long time. |
