PURPOSE:To enhance the line efficiency and the operating efficiency of a system by connecting the first communication device which requests the communication of the same code as the code of the second communication device which is under communication by a comparison means of the controller in preference to the line under communication. CONSTITUTION:When communication is first requested for a host A, a code (a) is stored in an opposite-side control buffer 14 and a connection waiting storage part 5a, is selected by a connection-side selection part 6b, and is connected to a host A of the opposite side by a communication control part 8. Then, the code (a) is stored in an opposite-side pointer 9. If communication requests for hosts A, B, C, D... come out like codes b, a, d, c, c... sequentially, the codes a, b, c, d... are stored in the opposite-side control buffer 14, and the codes b, d, c... of the host which is requested newly except the codes of the host which is now under communication or communication request are stored in the code waiting matrix of the connection waiting storge part 5a. Therefore, when the first communication terminates, the communication from other terminals is excuted for the host A successively, and when the opposite-side control buffer 14 requests the communication with the host A, switching of connection is not executed, and its connection continues. |
