PURPOSE:To obtain a stable rotary operation by feeding air to the middle of the hollow portion of a rotational shaft of a motor and injecting air to thrust pneumatic bearing at both ends of the shaft of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a rotational shaft 30 of a motor is started to arrive at a high speed, air is sucked through an air inlet 21 of a cap nut 22, a filter 80, an air passage 70 and a hole 71 into a gap 72 for flowing air to generate dynamic pressure. The shaft 30 is slightly levitated in a direction of a flat disc member and pneumatic air is injected to thrust pneumatic bearings 50, 60, and the shaft 30 is rotated at a high speed in the state supported by the bearings 50, 60. Thus, the stability of rotation can be increased. |
