PURPOSE:To shorten a distance extending from a focal position to an outlet of a cell optical path hole of a flow cell to minimum, and a minimize a volume of the cell optical path hole by making a slit adhere optically to a cell body, and forming them as one body. CONSTITUTION:A cell body 51 is made of quartz glass, and a flow path hole 55 and a flow cell optical path hole 48 are opened in a shape of Z. A cell plate 43 is made to adhere optically to one surface of a flow cell optical path hole 40, and on the other surface, a slit 52 on which a slit hole 54 of opaque quartz glass is provided is made to adhere optically to a cell plate 53 in a shape of a sandwich and they are constituted in one body. A spectral ray 45 forms a focus in front of the slit 52, passes through a slit hole 59, and passes through the flow cell optical path hole 48 of a flow cell 47. In this case, an inside diameter phiA' of the flow cell optical path hole 48 and a diameter phiB' of the spectral beam are designed so as to have relation of phiA'>phiB'. |
