发明名称 FERROMAGNETIC AMORPHOUS ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled alloy having high saturation magnetic flux density, a high crystallization temp., superior thermal stability and nearly zero magnetostriction by adding Cr, Mo and Fe to an amorphous Co-Nb alloy so as to provide a prescribed composition. CONSTITUTION:This ferromagnetic amorphous alloy has a composition represented by the formula (where T is Cr and/or Mo, 0.02<=x<=0.03, 0.01<=y<=0.03 and 10<=a<=13). When Cr and/or Mo is added to an amorphous Co-Nb alloy, the crystallization temp. can be increased, so the thermal stability can be improved. The saturation magnetic flux density BS is, however, reduced. This reduction is compensated by adding Fe having a Bs increasing effect. The magnetostriction lambda of the Co-Nb alloy is minus, and it is further changed in the minus direction by adding Cr and/or Mo. By adding Fe, the lambda is changed in the plus direction. Thus, increased Bs and lambdaapprox.=0 can be attained.
