PURPOSE:To obtain a logic circuit has a redundancy, a high reliability, and less overhead by monitoring a precharge potential between nodes between which complementary signals are transmitted and transmitting complementary signals to nodes of each other only when precharging is performed with a correct potential. CONSTITUTION:If a node N1 is not in the high level at a precharging time by a trouble in a place nearer to a signal source than the node N1, a switch circuit S1 is turned off, and the output of a gate I2 is set to the high-impedance state. Consequently, a correct signal is transmitted to a node N3 from a node N4 through a gate I1. Similarly, if a node N2 is not in the low level at a precharging time by a trouble nearer to the signal source than the node N2, a switch circuit S2 is turned off, and the output of the gate I1 is set to the high-impedance state. Consequently, a correct signal is transmitted from the node N3 to the node N4 through the gate I2. |
