PURPOSE:To analyze easily and quickly a material to be inspected with high accuracy without receiving the influence of antigen excess by bringing a specified concn. of a reagent into reaction with the sample dispersed in a flow line. CONSTITUTION:A sample is injected into a flow line 4 by an injector 5 and is dispersed into a buffer soln. in a dispersion chamber 6. A latex reagent 9 contained in a reagent tank 8 is injected by a pump 10 into the sample and the liquid is thoroughly mixed in a mixer 11. The sample dispersed during transportation in the flow line 4 and the specified concn. of the latex reagent 9 are brought into reaction in the above-mentioned way and the degree of reaction thereof is detected by the intensity of scattering light or absorbancy in a detector 12. The quantity of the intended antigen (antibody) in the sample is thus determined. |
