PURPOSE:To reduce the transmission power without causing head break phenomena at a transmission/reception switching time by starting a device in accordance with the operation of a transmission/reception switching means to transmit interruptedly a carrier wave at a prescribed period and releasing an interrupted transmission means in accordance with the operation of an audio signal discriminating means. CONSTITUTION:When a PTT button 14 is operated to connect a switching contact 14C and a make contact 14b, one input side of an AND circuit 10 is made active, and the other input side of the AND circuit 10 is made active through an inverter 9, and an astable multivibrator 11 is oscillated, and a high-frequency transmitting power circuit 5 radiates the interrupted carrier wave from an antenna 7. When an audio signal is generated by a mike 1, the output side of a VOX circuit 8 is made active, and an interrupted transmission control signal switch 12 is operated to switch an interrupted transmission control signal to a reference potential point. Therefore, a transmission signal modulated by the audio signal is radiated from the high-frequency transmitting power circuit 5 through the antenna 7. |
