PURPOSE:To enable the elimination of unnaturalness such that time signal is performed even though a hand is set at a just hour and the trial hearing of time signal sound, by performing time signal when a just hour switch is closed by hand rotation during the stoppage of a sec hand. CONSTITUTION:When the correction of time is performed, a sec hand stopping apparatus 21 is operated when the second hand indicates the position of zero sec and the sec hand is stopped while a switch 20 is closed to hold frequency dividers 2, 3 to a reset state and to open a gate circuit 5. Then, when a min hand is rapidly rotated and a switch 19 is closed to generate one pulse from a one shot pulse generator 10, said pulse is supplied to a time signal apparatus 6 through gate circuits 15, 17 to perform time signal. Therefore, unnaturalness, such that no time signal is performed even though a just hour was aligned, can be eliminated and the trial hearing of time signal sound can be performed by aligning the min hand with the just hour. |
