PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously enhance direction detecting accuracy and jamming wave removing capacity, by using phase detection informations of a pair of channel receiving parts corresponding to a pair of adjacent antennae and the azimuth angle information of each antenna. CONSTITUTION:The channel receiving parts 13a-13h of a multi-channel receiving means 13 convert the outputs of antennae 1a-1h arranged on the circumference of a circle at equal intervals to intermediate frequency signals and phase detection means 14a-14h output a signal proportional to the phase dirrection in the outputs of the receiving parts corresponding to a pair of antennae set to the definite relative positional relation of the antennae 1a-1h. A sine/cosine generating means 17 generates signals proportional to sine and cosine of the azimuth angle phii of the normal line of the straight line connecting a pair of antennae respectively corresponding to the means 14a-14h. Subsequently, the signals proportional to sine and cosine and respective detection outputs of the means 14a-14h are multiplied to obtain multiplication output while the sum total is obtained by operators 18, 19 and an indication means 25 indicates the azimuth of an arrival radio wave according to two sum total outputs. |
