<p>PURPOSE:To enable the maintenance of accuracy in size by restraining deformation due to uneven thermal expansion at heat curing of resin by heating the whole coil uniformly while flowing a heating fluid in a hollow conductor and increasing the temperature uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor 1 and a laminated structure of pre-pregnant materials 2 and 3 are held by pressure mutually and a heating fluid l is sent into a coil conductor 1 by a pump 6 and it circulates to heat the coil conductor 1 from the inside. A temperature of this heating fluid l on the side of an inlet of the coil conductor 1 is detected and a power source PS of a heater 5 in a tank 4 is ON/OFF controlled so as to make the temperature being at the preset value. Consequently, each part of the coil conductor 1 is heated to the preset temperature from the inside and the temperatures in those parts become almost uniform and this heating cures the pre-preg materials 2 and 3 thermally.</p> |
