PURPOSE:To moderate the recovery of hydraulic pressure, by moving a flow restricting member which constricts the flow passage of a hydraulic pressure transmitting path by being always urged under force by a spring, overcoming the spring with the use of an actuating piston subjected to hydraulic pressure from an input apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate regulating valve 3 is disposed in a passage between a master cylinder M/C and a hydraulic pressure holding valve 2, and is provided therein with a flow passage restricting member 17 which is abutted against a spacer 7 under bias force by a spring 16. Upon abutting of the member 17 against the spacer 7 an orifice is established by a groove 18 formed in the member 17 so that the above-mentioned passage is constricted. Further, the regulating valve 3 is provided therein with an actuating piston 8 which moves toward the flow restricting member 17 when it is subjected to hydraulic pressure from a master cylinder. Associatingly, the flow restricting member 17 moves away from the spacer 7 overcoming the urging force of the spring 16. Accordingly, the orifice is removed to widen the flow passage. |
