PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy by installing a cam apparatus having two follower parts having the phase shifted each other between an ultrasonic- wave vibration part and a motor and providing a tool with low-frequency vibration and ultrasonic-wave vibration, thus softening the impact due to the vibration during work. CONSTITUTION:When an ultrasonic-wave vibration part constituted by fixing a horn 2 onto a tool 1 and connecting an electrical-strain vibrator 3 to the horn 2 is driven by a vibrator 29, the mechanical vibration of the vibrator 3 and the ultrasonic-wave vibration due to the increase of the amplitude of the horn 2 are generated. When a motor 5 is driven by a controller 30, revolution movement is converted to rectilinear movement by cam apparatuses 7-10, and a low-frequency vibration is generated. Though vibration is developed by the revolution of the cam 7 and the transfer of the first follower part 14 when the motor 5 is driven, the second follower part 16 having the phase shifted from that of the first follower part 14 is connected to the motor 5, and the cam shaft 10 is connected to the motor shaft 6. Therefore, the above-described both follower parts 14 and 16 move in the opposite direction, and the impact to a casing 26 can be lightened. |
