PURPOSE:To enhance dimensional precision of the gap, to eliminate positional deviation of a magnetic core and to facilitate giving a azimuth angle to the gap by cutting the magnetic core stuck to a magnetic core inserting groove of a block body for core holding body and combining cut magnetic cores again to form the gap. CONSTITUTION:A groove 6a for winding is formed on one of a pair of block bodies 6 for core holding body, and plural magnetic core inserting grooves 6b are formed on the other, and butting faces 6c are polished. Butting faces 6c are butted by adhesion. A magnetic core 1 constituted by laminating amorphous magnetic thin plates is inserted to the groove 6b and is fixed by adhesion. This block body 6 is cut in the center, and cut faces are polished and are stuck by glass or an adhesive to form a gap 2. The block body 6 is cut along a line A- A', and the sliding face to a magnetic tape is polished into a prescribed shape, and a coil 4 is wound. Thus, dimensional precision of the gap 2 are improved to eliminate positional deviation of the magnetic core, and the azimuth angle is formed easily. |
