PURPOSE:To facilitate the attaching and detaching and electric connection, by connection to a pin such as IC through a small magnet built into an insulation cylinder guide. CONSTITUTION:A small magnet 12 is built into a insulation cylinder guide 11 and connected to a lead 15 of a probe body 14 with a lead 13 through a terminal 16. When a probe adaptor 10 is mounted to a pin 20 of an IC19, the magnet 12 is placed on the shoulder 21 of the pin 20 utilizing a notch 18 of a guide 11 and the adaptor is fastened mechanically by the attracting force of the magnet 12 while being electrically connected to an electric circuit of the IC19 through the magnet 12. This facilitates the attaching or detaching while enabling electric connection accurately. |
