PURPOSE:To prevent the burnout of a water-cooled valve part by judging the quantity of water from the minute vibration of a cooling pipe and a water- cooling part. CONSTITUTION:Vibration pickups 13 are fitted at points such as points of a, b, c, d, e, f... of each water-cooling pipe of a branched water-coolig pipe 4 and a module water-cooling pipe 11. A vibration is detected by the vibration pickups 13, and the signal is inputted to a signal amplifier 15 by an electric connecting lead 14. The amplified signal is transmitted over a light-receiving element 18 and a decision circuit 19 at a ground level by a light-emitting element 16 and an optical fiber 17. The flow of water in the cooling pipe is regarded as a vibration by utilizing the relationship of the flow of water and displacement, and the presence or quantity of the flow of water is determined at the ground level by means of signal amplification and signal transmission. Accordingly, the flow of water is determined simply, and the titled thyristor valve can be protected as required. |
