PURPOSE:To enable long-term operation of a machine without oiling by providing an urethane rubber mixture layer consisting of the urethan rubber added with a liquid material having the surface free energy exhibiting a specific value on the inside surface. CONSTITUTION:A rubber layer on the inside surface is formed of the urethane rubber incorporated therein with a liquid material having <30erg/cm<2> surface free energy. The urethane rubber has poor compatibility with the liquid material and therefore the liquid material bleeds each slightly from the surface of the urethane rubber during operation as a belt, thus forming a film on the belt surface. Since the film acts as a lubricating oil, the long-terms operation of a machine is made possible without supplying oil from the outside. Problems such as contamination of felt, scattering of oil, etc. owing to oil leakage are eliminated by using such belt. |
