摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain large power by forming an amorphous group flame spraying film having a large Seebeck coefficient and sufficient film thickness and constituting a P-N junction by utilizing a plasma flame spraying method and rapidly cooling a flame spraying material on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 12 is mounted to a ceramic substrate 11. A plasma flame spraying gun 13 is installed opposed to the surface of the substrate 11 under a vertical state. The inside of a material vessel 15 set near a gas injection port for the gun 13 is filled with a flame spraying material 16 consisting of a mixture of Fe and SiO. The flame spraying material 16 is fed into a plasma torch 18, reacted, melted and sprayed against the upper section of the substrate 11. A first flame spraying film 19 composed of Fe(SiO)2 is shaped on the substrate 11. A second flame spraying film 20 consisting of N type FeSi2O4 is formed similarly on the surface of the substrate 11. A P-N junction 21 is formed by one end section of the P type first flame spraying film 19 and one end section of the N type second flame spraying film 20 at that time.
