PURPOSE:To obtain a blade for a copying machine which is excellent in its durability, etc. and can be manufactured easily by forming as one body a blade part made of an elastomer and a fitting tool through an adhesive agent, and also forming a tip R of both edge line parts of the blade part to a specified value or below. CONSTITUTION:A fitting tool 1 applied an adhesive agent 11 in advance is placed in mold finished the surface by performing nickel plating, a castable elastomer (example; urethane elastomer) is injected into the mold, and the fitting tool 1 and a blade part 2 are formed as one body through the adhesive agent 11. In that case, its formation is executed so that both edge line parts 7, 7' formed by a cut surface 12 obtained by cutting the tip of the blade part 2, and mold side faces 5, 5' have a sharp and exact angle, and R becomes <=0.001, and an object blade for a copying machine is obtained. In this way, in case one of both the edge line parts 7, 7' of the blade part 2 is worn out, the opposite side can be used by turning it inside out. |
