PURPOSE:To speed up processing by saving the information in a saving circuit when it is necessary to make wait the execution of an instruction wait, and executing the succeeding instruction first if there is no reason to keep the suction instruction waiting. CONSTITUTION:If decoded instruction is in executable state on examination of output of a busy registering circuit 23, information necessary for execution is sent to a desired executing circuit. On the other hand, if this instruction is not in executable state, information necessary for execution is saved temporarily in the saving circuit 24 for waiting. When it becomes executable state, information necessary for eecution is read out from the circuit 24 and sent to a desired executing circuit. When the succeeding decoded instruction is given similarly while waiting in the saving circuit, and the succeeding instruction is in executable state, control is made by an execution directive circuit 22 to execute it first.
