发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETRON FOR MICROWAVE OVEN
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetron easy to be regulated in its frequency by deeply contracting a thin plate into a U-shape while cutting the bottom for forming a pair of strap rings to be connected to a vane. CONSTITUTION:A copper plate 34 having thickness 0.5-1mm is deeply contracted to make rings while the bottom 35a and the end surfaces 35b, 35c are cut for forming a pair of strap rings 32 and 33. The end surface 35a is connected only to one side of a vane 2 in the tube axis direction. According to said constitution, a soldering yield to the vane 2 gets extremely good and when the strap rings 32 and 33 are transformed in the radial direction, resonance frequency can easily be regulated. Further, the strap rings ease up thermal stress between the strap rings and the vane. Still more the height (h) can be easily formed. However, when the interval W is too much reduced, undesirable solder cross-over is liable to occur.
